About Us
White Oryx Sports Development Academy is not simply a youth academy.
We are a regional sports development organisation shaping the future of youth sport across the Gulf.
As the Middle East division of City Select Academy Group, a leading international sports education organisation operating across the UK and the Gulf region, White Oryx delivers world-class academy programming while supporting the development of structured sporting ecosystems across Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
Our operations are strategically established across the region, allowing expertise, coaching methodology and programme design to be shared across multiple markets — ensuring consistent standards of delivery and long-term athlete development throughout the Gulf.

While widely recognised as one of the Gulf’s leading youth sports academies, our work extends far beyond weekly training sessions. We operate across academy, institutional, national and international levels, partnering with schools, government entities, global clubs and sporting bodies to design and deliver sustainable sports development systems.
Our work aligns closely with the region’s long-term national strategies, including Qatar National Vision 2030 and Saudi Vision 2030, both of which prioritise youth development, physical wellbeing, and the growth of world-class sporting infrastructure. As Saudi Arabia prepares to host the FIFA World Cup, initiatives such as White Oryx play an important role in strengthening the grassroots foundations and talent pathways that support the future of sport across the region.

White Oryx plays an active role in shaping sport at scale.
We are proud to have been officially awarded by the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy the FIFA Youth Programmes for the following major global tournaments hosted in Qatar:

✔ FIFA Arab Cup
These large-scale programmes engaged over 3,000 participants and positioned White Oryx as a trusted delivery partner for international sporting events.
We also serve as the official management partner of QPPSSA (Qatar Private Primary School Sports Association) — overseeing structured competition and engagement for over 23,000 students across 41 leading international schools. Through this partnership, we are integral to one of the largest school sports ecosystems in the region.

Early-years football and movement programme for ages 18 months–5 building coordination, confidence, physical literacy, and joyful foundations.
White Oryx Cup – The Global Benchmark for U14 Football
The White Oryx Cup stands as the leading U14 international football tournament globally, hosted annually every October in Qatar.
