Through our international network and professional relationships, we actively support talented players in pursuing pathways into professional academies, both within Qatar and abroad. From U8 to U15, players participate weekly in a structured games programme — competing in the Junior Premier League (JPL), the Qatar Grassroots Youth League, and curated internal fixtures designed to reinforce learning under match pressure.
